Been looking into some digital painting program/software and wondering if there are any out there.
Free would be nice especially.What is a decent digital painting program? Preferably free ?
Art rage is good and free. Painter essentials is a wonderful digi drawing/painting program at a nice starter price, the better full Painter X version is great for more options, but usually only advanced users are capable of using those advance features and its not cheap (You can find academic versions though that are very affordable).
