I have a canon IXY digital 900IS camera and I am very intrested in light painting. CAn I do this and set in the right settings and if so , how?Light painting with a Digital CAmera?
The minimum shutter speed on your camera is 15 seconds. You'll have to be in Manual Mode and set the shutter speed and then use the self-timer to hold the shutter open. If your camera has a tripod socket then use a tripod. If it doesn't then sit it on a firm support. You might get some acceptable results at 15 seconds.
