Paint Shop Pro XI and Digital Background?

What is the easiest way to eliminate a green screen background, then insert the foreground onto another background with PSP XI. I have tried the background eraser tool, but still have some green fringe on my subject.Paint Shop Pro XI and Digital Background?
the easiest way may not be good, but try selecting image and modify/ contract edge 1 pixel or 2, which may delete some of image as well,
